2 1/2 cups
flour
1 teaspoon
baking soda
1/2
teaspoon salt
1 cup of
butter (soft)
1 cup brown
sugar
1/2 cup
sugar
2 eggs
1
tablespoon vanilla extract
360g chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts (not necassarily)
Preheat
oven to 180C .
Combine
flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
Beat
butter, brown sugar and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed
until light and fluffy.
Beat in
eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture to butter mixture; beat until well blended.
Stir in
chocolate chips and walnuts.
Drop dough
by spoonfulls on a cookie sheet (leave about 7 cm between them).
Bake 12-14
minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Cool the
cookies down and enjoy
